Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide 2nd and 3rd Level Support within our SAP Application & Support Team, focusing on SAP SD or SAP CS modules. The ideal candidate will act as a Single Point of Contact for customer needs and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement new SAP functionalities and customize existing ones, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Extend SAP standards on a project basis, including the development of reports, add-ons, user-exits, and BADIs.
  • Participate in S/4 Transformation projects within our Application Management Services (AMS) sector.

Qualifications

  • Proven consulting experience in IT support for sales or service processes, specifically in SAP SD or CS, along with customization skills.
  • Familiarity with at least one related module such as FI, CO, MM, WM/EWM, PP, PS, QM, or PM.
  • Basic understanding of sales and logistics or service processing.
  • Experience in managing small SAP projects and a passion for ITIL support processes at the 3rd Level.
  • Ability to debug and ideally possess knowledge of SAP programming (ABAP) and interface technologies (e.g., SAP ALE/iDocs, EDI).
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Willingness to engage in both in-house and remote activities, with occasional travel required.
