Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Controller to join our team at ZEISS Group.

  • Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute financial planning and analysis cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business development initiatives and drive profitability.
  • Design and implement effective reporting mechanisms to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Steer cash flow management and ensure accurate financial forecasting.
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform financial due diligence and post-merger integration activities to support business growth.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Strategic Controller with a strong background in finance and controlling.

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and controlling functions.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and Corporate Reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Fluent German and business English language skills.
  • Extensive communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
