Your Profile as a Building Drafter (m/w/d):

• Completed training as a Building Drafter or Building Technician specializing in civil engineering, with a strong foundation in construction planning and management.
• Experience in construction planning, with a focus on project coordination and team collaboration.
• Excellent CAD skills with Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of BIM planning methodology.
• Independent, project- and goal-oriented work on exciting major projects, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Your Future Responsibilities as a Building Drafter (m/w/d):

• Individual planning of challenging projects in office, residential, hall, school, and parking construction, with a focus on technical clarity and precision.
• Preparation of construction plans and details for the construction of steel, concrete, and metal structural elements, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
• Development of complex projects in close collaboration with the project team, with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving.
• Technical clarification with architects, project managers, and other involved specialists, with a strong understanding of technical building equipment and sustainability.
