Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team at the Limeshof in Welzheim. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and participate in society.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities and medical treatments.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Completed education and training in healthcare, such as a degree in nursing or healthcare assistance.
  • Experience working with blind and visually impaired individuals, preferably in a care or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client-centered care.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
