Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and deepening our client network in the D-A-CH region, building strong relationships with automotive OEMs, key and global accounts, and aftermarket customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Strong Customer Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the D-A-CH region
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales with existing customers and develop new business
    • Present the Arteco product range to new and existing customers and coordinate product approval programs
  • Contract Negotiations and Compliance
    • Negotiate contracts with customer purchase departments
    • Ensure compliance with IATF standards and APQP method
  • Industry Knowledge and Networking
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
    • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the automotive industry
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business engineering, or equivalent qualification
    • Several years of B2B business development and key account management experience
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Commercial background with a comprehensive understanding of various customer aspects
    • Solid understanding and existing network of the automotive industry within the D-A-CH region
    • Good combination of technical expertise with focus on engineering and customer-focused communication skills
    • German and English business fluent spoken and written
