About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Working Student to join our team at Quantis. As a Marketing Working Student, you will play a key role in supporting our Global Marketing Team in researching and shaping materials on critical environmental and business-related topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that align with our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
  • Support the management of our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including market research, market analysis, and monitoring of Quantis positioning and local word-of-mouth online and offline.
  • Support the creation and localization of global content in German, including website updates, social media posts, and email marketing activities.
  • Manage inbound press requests in German and provide support with Hubspot (CRM/Marketing Automation) as needed.
  • Coordinate with the QDE team for global marketing initiatives and facilitate internal communications for the QDE branch.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Native-Level German speaker
  • Functional understanding of Microsoft Apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) with an ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Currently enrolled at University, with further enrolment planned for another 6 months at least
  • Ideally pursuing an Academic degree in Marketing and/or communications and/or Natural sciences with a strong desire to work in science communication
  • Teamwork attitude + accountability + entrepreneurial/doer/start-upper approach
  • Ability to cope with fast-paced contexts and environments
  • Passionate about sustainability
  • Willingness to learn and to grow on the job
