Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing digital documentation management and communication with regulatory bodies and stakeholders, ensuring timely adherence to deadlines.
• Facilitating the submission and response processes for patent applications primarily through electronic channels.
• Addressing formal notifications and requirements.
• Coordinating specialized tasks such as inventor remuneration, invoice assessment, and additional responsibilities.
• Engaging in initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes and workflows.
• Executing general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Completed education as a Patent Administration Specialist or a comparable qualification with pertinent experience in the intellectual property sector.
• Familiarity with standard patent management software, ideally UNYCOM.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Strong collaborative and communication abilities.
• Willingness to embrace innovative ideas and contribute actively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a solid understanding of IT.
• Fluency in both German and English.
