We are seeking a permanent Master Mechanic (m/f/d) to enhance our operations.

Your Role – Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Mechanic Master in the proficient organization of technical tasks, while executing and overseeing maintenance within the designated area.
  • Act as the representative for the Master during their absence.
  • Promote 'Goal Zero' in daily operations, during shutdowns, and throughout project execution.
  • Conduct assembly and disassembly tasks in the assigned facility, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Manage repair activities for the monitored facilities, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Plan, organize, and execute repair operations effectively.
  • Coordinate resource allocation for partner companies and manage the involved trades.
  • Oversee technical and safety aspects, ensuring on-site control of repair activities.
  • Collaborate with technical supervisors for spare parts management.
  • Monitor timelines and ensure the timely completion of recurring and/or mandatory inspections.
  • Handle minor on-site projects as directed.
  • Ensure quality assurance in daily operations, shutdowns, and project execution.
  • Maintain data integrity within the SAP system.
  • Process small orders efficiently.

Your Profile – Required Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a Mechanic Master.
  • Strong commitment to safety practices.
  • A collaborative team player with a readiness to assume responsibility.
  • Effective communication skills, addressing the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and responsible work approach, with adaptability under pressure.
  • Proficient in SAP R/3 and MS-Office relevant to the role.
  • Enthusiastic learner with high self-motivation and initiative.
