Regional Compensation Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team at GEODIS. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation policies and processes that drive business success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures that align with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Design and implement salary reviews, bonus calculations, and incentive plans to motivate and reward employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with country laws and Group policies to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Support the implementation of international mobility programs and ensure seamless integration with compensation and benefits policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
