Übernahme der Führung des Teams Visual Merchandising

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Gestalter für visuelles Marketing, der die Führung des Teams Visual Merchandising übernehmen möchte. Als Dekorationsleiter bist du für die Dekoration unseres Sortiments verantwortlich und gestaltest die Verkaufsräume mit Deinen Dekorationen.

Deine Rolle
  • Du setzt die Warenpräsentation in unserem Store um
  • Du gestaltest die Verkaufsräume mit Deinen Dekorationen und präsentierst unsere namenhaften Marken
  • Beim Realisieren der eigens entwickelten oder vorgegebenen Konzepte fertigst Du mit unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen Dekorationsteile an
  • Als Führungskraft motivierst und entwickelst Du Dein Team
  • Du planst den Einsatz Deiner Mitarbeiter:innen
Deine Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossene gestalterische Ausbildung im Visuellen Marketing idealerweise im Fashion Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
  • Spaß am Gestalten und großes Interesse an Mode
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Lust, dazuzulernen
  • Offenes und hilfsbereites Verhalten gegenüber unseren Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen
