Transformative Business Development Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Transformation Group (CTG) as a Transformative Business Development Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in driving customer engagements, fostering long-term strategic exchanges, and partnerships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer engagements by ensuring a deep understanding of customer expectations and delivering an exceptional experience.
- Foster long-term strategic exchanges and partnerships, thereby helping customers succeed in their transformation journey.
- Collaborate with the SAP partner ecosystem to expand our services and scale the impact of the CTG.
- Join our communications specialists to organize internal and external representation and support in managing the content creation process.
- Measure, monitor, and interpret key KPIs related to customer engagements, content assets, and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study: Economics, business management, marketing/communications, data science, computer science, mathematics or similar.
- Language skills: fluent in German and English.
