Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration and Service Engineer to join our team at DSI (Dynamic Systems Inc.).

Responsibilities

  • Install and service manufactured Gleeble systems at customer locations
  • Perform customer acceptance tests at customer locations
  • Troubleshoot systems, solve system function and performance problems
  • Calibrate, upgrade, and/or repair systems in the field
  • Conduct system training with customers in the field or in-house
  • Assist in the development of new system options and new products
  • Maintain and develop skill base including adaptation to new processes and technologies
  • Work as a productive member of a cross-functional team
  • Perform testing regimens for customers
  • Maintain system documentation records
  • Develop customer-facing documentation

Requirements

  • Qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience working in a global company, with international teams and languages
  • Able to travel within Europe and USA
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and willing to take responsibility, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Written and spoken German and English
