Employer: A reputable healthcare facility in Berlin is in search of a skilled Assistant Doctor specializing in Anesthesia. This facility is well-equipped with 200 beds and 8 departments, situated in a highly desirable area within the Berlin S-Bahn zone.
Job Overview: The Anesthesia department manages 3 operating theaters, executing over 7,000 anesthesia procedures each year, with a significant focus on regional anesthesia techniques. The Chief Physician is accredited to provide comprehensive anesthesia training over a span of 5 years. Additionally, a pain management clinic is integrated within the facility.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively within the Anesthesia department
- Assist in various anesthesia procedures
- Provide care for surgical patients in the intensive care unit
- Utilize standard methods of general and regional anesthesia
- Engage in outpatient surgical procedures (approximately 25%)
- Participate in shift and on-call duties
Your Profile:
- Possession of a medical license as a physician or currently an Assistant Doctor in training
- Demonstrated motivation and reliability
- Exhibit flexibility and a strong commitment to the role
- Possess a strong team spirit and the ability to work autonomously
- Showcase excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for the profession
- Exhibit a strong desire for ongoing education and professional development
