About You:

- Masters Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology from an accredited institution
- 7+ years of experience in production plant management, preferably in a German organization
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of consistent growth and success
- Experience in a multi-product, start-up, fast-paced, technical manufacturing environment
