Sandoz is embarking on an exciting transformation as a global leader in sustainable Generic and Biosimilar medicines. As an independently listed company, we aim to increase our strategic focus, operate with greater agility, and strengthen our culture for our associates.

In this role, you will support the IP team in crafting best-in-class IP strategies through advanced analytics and AI. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of patent data and building the data foundation for advanced analytics.
  • Understanding IP search requests, refining, and analyzing them to support freedom-to-operate and validity searches.
  • Creating advanced algorithms for thorough and accurate search of relevant literature.
  • Extracting data from health authority and regulatory agencies websites, transforming, cleaning, and analyzing large data sets.
  • Identifying and implementing automation of recurring data requests.
  • Acting as a key partner for Intellectual Property/Data Integration related questions from internal and external sources.
  • Integrating output of historic searches into data tools for easy retrieval and management of information.
