Marketing Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our marketing team in planning, executing, and coordinating events, trade fairs, and roadshows. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade fairs, and roadshows, including research on service providers and service offerings
  • Support the development of event formats and conceptualize new ideas
  • Plan and execute smaller sub-projects independently, with a focus on project management and timeline development
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create communication materials, such as presentations, flyers, and brochures
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery

Requirements:

  • Student in Media or Event Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or similar
  • Excellent internet and MS Office skills, with a strong focus on organization and time management
  • Preferred practical experience in organizing and conducting events and gatherings
  • Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to independent and reliable work, with a passion for teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent German and English skills, with a strong focus on written and verbal communication
