Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate with a passion for excellence and customer service to join our team in our Bad Iburg branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing friendly and competent customer service, sales of our baked goods and pastries, and cash handling and independent register closure.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and competent customer service to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience in our bakery.
  • Sales: Sell our baked goods and pastries to customers, promoting our products effectively and meeting sales targets.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and independent register closure.
  • Baking and Presentation: Assist with baking and presentation of various products, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.
  • Cafe Area Management: Assist with the management of our cafe area, including cleaning and maintaining the area to a high standard.

Requirements

  • Experience: Experience in the food industry or hospitality is essential for this role.
  • People-Oriented: You must be people-oriented and organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently: You must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Team Player: You must be a team player, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both spoken and written German is essential for this role.
  • Age: Minimum age of 18 is required for this role.
