**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of our IT systems and infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure seamless system operation
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to server and client systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Administer and maintain the Microsoft-based system landscape, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime
  • Provide first-level support to users on-site, resolving technical issues and providing guidance
  • Support and maintain the ERP system and connected systems and interfaces
  • Develop and implement IT security measures to protect our systems and data
  • Support the telephone system and all telecommunications devices

**Requirements**

  • Training in the IT sector or comparable training/studies with several years of professional experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server/Exchange/Office, including macro creation and Windows client management
  • Experience in database administration (MySQL, MS SQL Server) and data warehousing
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • A solution-oriented approach to work and a service mindset
  • A high sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
