Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute yearly/quarterly business cases and strategies for key accounts and channels;
  • Lead the optimal sales strategy to meet sales targets by analyzing channel accounts and products;
  • Manage the sell-in process with each partner via potential or appointed distributors;
  • Support the sell-through and sell-out process to achieve partner KPI;
  • Manage inventory and take appropriate measurements to avoid excess or out-of-stock situations;
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to align key stakeholders, product, and business strategies with the strategy of assigned accounts;
  • Develop, implement, and refine new initiatives with partners to achieve better visibility in various channels.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in distribution sales and account management in DIY/CE/PV/RV industry, with a strong background in DIY retail;
  • Excellent analytical thinking, cross-functional communication, and account management skills;
  • Result-driven mindset with a hands-on approach;
  • Ability to work under pressure and excel within a fast-paced environment.
