Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for our IT network infrastructure
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, including troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Install and configure operating systems
- Provide technical assistance to users via phone and remote access
- Completed education in system integration, system electronics, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of network infrastructure
- Experience in technical support for machinery
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken
