About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Educator at the Freie Duale Fachakademie für Pädagogik. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the development of our institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging educational programs for children and youth, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of community and belonging among students.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in the educational process.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children and youth in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
