Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning of municipal construction projects in road construction up to phase 5 of the HOAI, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Manage projects from planning to execution, overseeing external offices and collaborating with the city planning department to develop zoning plans.
• Contribute expertise to the development of zoning plans, working closely with the city planning department to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Prepare projects for decision-making in relevant committees, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop improvement proposals for existing road spaces, focusing on traffic safety and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold a degree in engineering, such as a Diplom-Ingenieur (Uni/FH) or Bachelor/Master of Engineering, with a focus on civil engineering and specialization in road construction/planning or Technician with several years of experience in independent road planning.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and project status to superiors and stakeholders.
• Interdisciplinary thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage within a planning project, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
