Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated SMD Assembly Line Operator (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team.

Location: Traunstein, Upper Bavaria

Employment Type: Full-time, Shift Work

Work Hours: 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate SMD assembly lines to maintain seamless machine functionality.
  • Monitor and enhance assembly and soldering processes within SMD production.
  • Conduct inspections and classify solder joints to ensure quality standards.
  • Perform initial inspections and sampling to uphold production integrity.
  • Meet production targets regarding quality, quantity, and timeliness.
  • Engage in basic troubleshooting to resolve operational issues.
  • Assist with machine maintenance and cleaning as necessary.
  • Document shift activities accurately for operational transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in electrical engineering or relevant experience in SMT assembly or operation of automated production systems.
  • Willingness to work in a shift-based environment (3 shifts).
  • Team-oriented with a structured and independent work ethic.
  • Strong technical understanding and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with IPC guidelines for evaluating solder joints is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German (B2) and basic English (A2) skills.
