We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a WEG Verwalter / Immobilienverwalter (m/w/d) in the Munich area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of condominiums and rental properties
- Property management and maintenance
- Communication with residents and stakeholders
- Financial management and accounting
Requirements:
- Relevant education and experience in property management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in German language
