Personalcontrolling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personalcontrolling Specialist to join our team at Geiger Gruppe. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies and processes to drive business growth and improvement.

• Design and implement a comprehensive Personalcontrolling system to measure and analyze HR data
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track HR metrics and provide insights for business decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on HR-related matters
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
