As part of the Sonic Healthcare network in Germany, we have been committed to excellence since our establishment.

We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week, within our Billing Department.

Your Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and validate the billing processes for laboratory services in accordance with GOÄ and EBM standards.
  • Respond to inquiries via telephone and efficiently handle incoming correspondence.
  • Assist medical practices and patients with billing-related queries, including pricing information.
  • Address and resolve complaints effectively.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or a similar qualification with relevant medical knowledge.
  • Proficient in billing procedures according to GOÄ and EBM, with strong IT skills.
  • A high level of independence, teamwork spirit, dedication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
  • Your attention to detail and precision will ensure accurate billing and adherence to quality standards.
