  • Developing and executing product launch plans, including coordinating product demos, collateral development, and sales training.
  • Creating post-launch product campaigns and journeys to create ongoing excitement around the product and drive accessory sales.
  • Delivering content to ensure the optimal messaging and online content to support the product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Monitoring and reporting on product performance metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Representing the brand at tradeshow/consumer events and in product videos.
  • Managing social media channels and engagement in other key online communities.
