Learning and Development Specialist

At Outokumpu Nirosta GmbH, we are committed to fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning. We are seeking a proactive Learning Specialist to join our global team, ensuring our learning processes run smoothly and create a positive impact on employee development.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer tasks in the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure proper documentation of training records.
- Identify areas for automation in learning administration, such as scheduling, attendance tracking, course reporting, and learner communication, and oversee the implementation.
- Build strong relationships with content owners, business leaders, and HR Business Partners to ensure learning programs align with business strategies. Provide guidance to managers and employees on learning-related matters.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of learning programs and administrative processes, using data to continuously improve learning solutions.
- Coordinate learning interventions and frameworks with internal and external experts that align with business goals. Ensure learning solutions are delivered in a timely and relevant manner.
- Collaborate with content owners to identify skill gaps and future capability needs, implementing strategies to address them. Act as the learning expert within the business unit.
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Previous HR experience, with a focus on learning and development.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to think strategically while executing hands-on tasks.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- A desire to grow into a Learning Partner role, contributing to our transformation journey.
