Strategic Planning is Key to Success - in Logistics it's Essential Well-planned logistics ensures that goods are transported efficiently from origin to destination. As a trainee at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, you will organize the worldwide transport and storage of goods. To this end, you will advise our international customers, prepare the appropriate offers and process the orders. Variety in your training is guaranteed.

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has developed into one of the largest international logistics providers with over 12,200 employees - including around 290 apprentices and dual students. Our company offers a wide range of logistics services, including air and ocean freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and more.
Your Tasks
- You will get to know the different transport modes and their respective requirements.
- You will regularly switch departments to gain insights into scheduling, customer service, billing, customs, and other areas.
- You will organize transports in Germany and worldwide by truck, train, ship, and/or plane.
- You will advise and support customers on their logistics needs.
- You will calculate prices and prepare offers, contracts, and invoices.
- You will process complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

What We Are Looking For
- You have at least an intermediate school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss). Dropouts are also welcome.
- You speak fluent German (at least level B2, proof of school report or certificate such as Goethe-Zertifikat).
- You can speak English easily.
- You are able to cope without Google Maps.
- You enjoy working on the computer.
- You want to work in an international environment and make contacts.
- You are communicative and want to inspire customers.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You like planning and organizing.
