About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at BERGER. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our projects, from initial estimates to final account settlement.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Conduct site inspections and measurements to ensure accuracy of estimates
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
