We are a leading retail operating company in Germany, operating over 220 Esso stations nationwide. As a Sales Associate, you will be part of our motivated team at our Esso station in Filderstadt.

About the Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support to our customers
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Prepare and present products in the backshop
  • Conduct inventory checks and ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, particularly in the areas of safety and hygiene
  • Contribute to the creation of a welcoming shop atmosphere
  • Support the implementation of sales promotions and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail is desirable, but not necessary
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Reliability and a sense of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of the German language
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
