We're Looking for:
You're a strong communicator, service-oriented, and want to start your career in sales? Then apply now and become part of our team (full-time, 40 hours/week) as a Mitarbeiter:in Vertriebsinnendienst im Lead Management (m/w/d).
We're excited to welcome a motivated and learning-oriented Quer-, Berufs- oder Wiedereinsteiger:in (m/w/d) who will enable us to offer a fascinating entry into sales with comprehensive onboarding.
Your Tasks:
- You'll be responsible for providing competent customer support.
- You'll also be in charge of calculating and creating offers (including proactive follow-up) and processing external tenders.
- You'll handle all price and offer inquiries from B2B customers via phone, email, or contact form.
- As the central interface between our customers and JACOB, you'll ensure optimal customer support from pre- to aftersales.
Your Profile:
- You bring a successfully completed vocational training or comparable qualification.
- Ideal candidates have already gained some experience in sales or customer support.
- You possess high self-motivation, good self-organization, and excellent communication skills as an open-minded person.
- Fluent German language skills are a must.
