About the Role

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification with experience in geriatric care
  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of caregivers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve care-related issues
