Position Overview:
  • Enhance and grow local operational business with an emphasis on LTL logistics.
  • Oversee subcontractor sourcing and negotiate competitive rates on both national and international levels.
  • Establish a robust network of subcontractors along with a dedicated charter fleet.
  • Foster and maintain a client portfolio, which includes conducting client visits.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage general administrative responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Completed education in logistics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, particularly in FTL/LTL dispatching and charter transport.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Results-driven, independent, and organized work approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in German and English, with additional languages being advantageous.
