We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at French Consulting.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality therapy and rehabilitation services to patients in our speech therapy facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer therapy sessions and monitor patient progress, making adjustments as needed.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest theories and techniques in communication disorders and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.

Requirements

  • Current and active BS or master's degree in Speech Therapy or speech-language pathology.
  • Experience working with patients with various communication disorders and age groups.
  • Strong understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
