Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Returns Specialist to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a Returns Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating the saleability and processing all returns from the markets connected to our hub in Munich.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the saleability of returned items and process all returns from the markets connected to our hub in Munich
• Document damages with photo evidence and determine the party responsible for the damages based on the requested documentation of the transfer of risks
• Generate damage invoices to the responsible party and coordinate inspection appointments with the industry's field service
• Arrange the return or repair of devices and ensure timely processing and return of returns
• Book returns on the correct warehouse in the WWS on behalf of the respective market

Requirements

• Completed education in the commercial or logistics field in the retail sector
• Practical experience in returns processing and handling large goods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A solution-oriented and structured work style
• Team spirit and good communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
