KG ist ein fortschrittlicher technischer Großhandel und ein innovatives Entwicklungshaus, das sich auf Kabelschutz, Befestigungstechnik und elektrotechnische Werkzeuge spezialisiert hat. Deine Aufgaben:

Wir setzen alles daran, das Vertrauen unserer Kunden durch maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu gewinnen. Als Client Relationship Manager (m/w/d) im Innendienst schaffst Du Mehrwerte für Deine Kunden und überzeugst sie durch kompetente Beratung, hervorragenden Service, Schnelligkeit und bedürfnisorientierten Verkauf. Du übernimmst die vollständige Verantwortung für Deine Kunden und betreust sie telefonisch oder per Video.

Aufgabenbereich

Das erwartet Dich:

  • Betreuung und Pflege von Bestandskunden: Du übernimmst einen eigenen B2B-Kundenstamm und pflegst diesen kontinuierlich, um langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen zu sichern.
  • Neukundengewinnung: Du akquirierst telefonisch Neukunden im deutschsprachigen Raum basierend auf Leads, die durch unser Marketing bereitgestellt werden.
  • Bedarfsanalyse und Beratung: Du analysierst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und Interessenten und berätst sie zu unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen, um die bestmöglichen Lösungen anzubieten.
  • Angebotserstellung und Verhandlung: Du erstellst individuelle Angebote, die den Anforderungen der Kunden gerecht werden, und verhandelst diese eigenverantwortlich bis zum Abschluss.
  • Marktbeobachtung und Feedback: Du hörst Deinen Kunden aufmerksam zu, beobachtest den Markt und gibst wertvolle Impulse an das Produktmanagement und den Einkauf.
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit allen Abteilungen zusammen, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
Qualifikationen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Ausbildung und Qualifikation: Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Vertriebserfahrung: Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Verkauf technischer Produkte.
  • Arbeitsweise: Fleiß und strukturiertes Arbeiten sind für Dich selbstverständlich und bilden die Grundlage Deines Erfolgs.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick: Du verfügst über ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke.
  • Serviceorientierung: Eine hohe Service- und Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie starke Kundenorientierung zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Teamfähigkeit: Du arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen Team mit vielfältigen Persönlichkeiten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst Kundenbedürfnisse schnell erfassen und umsetzen.
  • Technisches Verständnis: Ein gutes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an unseren Produkten runden Dein Profil ab.
  • Softwarekenntnisse: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP/CRM-Systemen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich.
