Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the role of Senior Financial Analyst. This position plays a crucial role in the financial health of our organization, providing essential insights and guidance to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects affecting financial performance, including planning, forecasting, and asset management.
- Analyze operational results to identify financial implications and recommend strategies for cost reduction and profit enhancement.
- Prepare comprehensive P&L statements and balance sheets, including analytical visuals to track performance.
- Support the accuracy and timeliness of the Operating and Strategic Plan processes by identifying critical issues and opportunities.
- Conduct financial analysis to support capital expenditure decisions, sales trends, market analysis, and product line profitability.
- Review financial statements, clarify variances, and present findings to management.
- Deliver timely analysis of budgets and financial trends to assist leadership in decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to overall financial efficiency.
- Utilize financial analysis techniques to evaluate investment opportunities and manage associated risks.
- Ensure data integrity across all entities and develop effective reporting processes.
- Enhance FP&A policies and procedures to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Preferred: Master's in Business Administration or relevant certifications (CA/CPA/CMA).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex instructions.
- Proficient in Business Intelligence tools, accounting software, and spreadsheet applications.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to navigate a matrixed organization while maintaining clarity on financial objectives.
- Advanced proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and Excel.
Travel Requirements
