Deine Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für das Sammeln und Auswerten von ESG- und CSR-Daten.
- Erstellung von Berichten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Partnern und zentrale Anlaufstelle für konzernweite Anfragen.
- Validierung und Überprüfung von Daten zur Sicherstellung ihrer Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit.
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern zur Gewährleistung der Relevanz und Effektivität unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie.
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung unserer Nachhaltigkeitsziele.
- Überwachung der Einhaltung relevanter Compliance-Vorgaben.
- Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden zu Nachhaltigkeitspraktiken und -richtlinien.
Dein Profil:
- Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du kannst komplexe Daten effektiv sammeln, analysieren und interpretieren, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du bereitest komplexe ESG-Themen klar und verständlich für verschiedene Zielgruppen auf.
- Proaktive Arbeitsweise: Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und treibst Aufgaben selbstständig voran.
- Interesse an Nachhaltigkeit: Ein starkes persönliches Interesse an ESG und CSR ist entscheidend für die Umsetzung authentischer Veränderungen.
- Teamfähigkeit: Du arbeitest effektiv mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um Informationen auszutauschen und die ESG-Agenda voranzutreiben.
