Job Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist management in the vehicle oversight sector by addressing technical matters and projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Take charge of projects related to vehicle oversight and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fleet.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with team members and external partners to ensure effective cooperation.
  • Oversee projects and initiatives for sustainable financial management, including value-added assessments and risk analysis.
  • Evaluate and refine processes and workflows, and establish key performance indicators for both internal and cross-departmental reporting frameworks.
  • Initiate ongoing improvement strategies and track their execution to ensure continuous advancements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or have completed technical vocational training with extensive experience in the industry.
  • Background in project management, process evaluation, and the organization of rail vehicle maintenance is beneficial.
  • Exhibit a readiness for change and development, with the capability to foster transparent collaboration across various departments.
