About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal/Senior Principal to join our Value and Payer Evidence Practice in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding client service, building trusted relationships with new and existing clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Lead client engagements, including initial conversations, solution development, and project delivery
  • Identify and sell integrated solutions to clients, leveraging our expertise in Market Access, Pricing, and HEOR
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and firm-building activities to enhance the impact of our Value and Payer Evidence Practice

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in Market Access, Pricing, and HEOR strategy consulting. You should have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, with a focus on European markets. Your excellent analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills will enable you to work effectively with complex information and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in Market Access, Pricing, and/or HEOR strategy consulting
  • Proven success in selling complex projects to pharmaceutical and healthcare companies
  • Strong capability in managing large and/or multiple projects effectively
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations and writing reports
  • Experience in managing flow of money and resources through an organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop trusted relationships
