About the Role

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and processing customer orders
  • Verifying and recording incoming invoices in our electronic workflow system (Coupa)
  • Creating outgoing invoices and statistical evaluations, as well as supporting inventory evaluations and project control
  • Communicating with external partners and internal departments
  • Recording and maintaining debtor and creditor data in our CRM program
  • Documenting, maintaining, and optimizing internal business processes

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree, preferably with initial work experience in accounting or order processing
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • A self-motivated, structured, and meticulous work style
  • Excellent German language skills, including a secure spoken and written expression
