Our IT Transformation

We are driving the agile transformation in our IT department, working with multiple Scrum teams using SAFe methodology. Our focus is on implementing SAP S/4 HANA and expanding our cloud architecture.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive migration plan for S/4HANA transformation, including data migration from ECC R/3 to S/4HANA.
  • Design and implement complex data transformations as part of the S/4HANA implementation.
  • Lead data migration efforts as a Product Owner, ensuring synchronization and coordination across agile project teams.
  • Evaluate data volumes to estimate migration costs.
  • Continuously optimize migration scenarios based on the MVP approach.
  • Identify and plan necessary data cleansing activities.
  • Establish criteria for ensuring high data quality.
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders, departments, and service providers.

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with an IT focus.
  • Proficiency in common SAP migration tools, such as the S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, etc.
  • Experience in designing and implementing SAP data migrations.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules MM, SD, and FI (R/3 or S/4) with a focus on master and transactional data.
  • Practical experience with agile methods, such as Scrum, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
  • High motivation for design and a structured, solution-oriented work approach.
