Certifying Staff B1 Specialist

About the Role
Certifying Staff B1 is a critical position within Textron Aviation, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and repair work on our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough certification and release-to-service processes for maintenance and repair work.
- Perform detailed troubleshooting and repair, as well as damage assessment.
- Execute project-based work efficiently, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Support the Customer Support Manager and communicate effectively with customers on technical issues.
Requirements
- Valid LBA/EASA B1 license.
- Experience on our aircraft types, with type rating courses (Cessna/Hawker/Beechcraft) preferred.
- Independent, responsible, and structured work approach.
- Excellent knowledge of English (company language).
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and assignments domestically and internationally (AOG support).
- Driving license class B.
