Business Analysis Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager (Logistics) to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing data analysis support to the Head of Fulfillment and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and deliver weekly and monthly logistics business reviews, including business process optimization indicators, workforce performance indicators, and capacity planning recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the CN performance team, EU logistics operation team, and HQ data team, to drive business outcomes.
- Work under tight deadlines to meet critical business needs and deliver high-quality results.
- Bachelor's degree in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
- 3+ years of data analysis experience in e-commerce companies.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Quicksight.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
