• Design, manufacture, and maintain tools
• Perform maintenance and repair work on machinery
• Independently manage facilities and equipment
• Set up and maintain crimping tools
• Collaborate with various departments and colleagues
• Conduct quality control checks on manufactured tools
• Document work completed

• Completed training as a Werkzeugmacher or similar
• Strong knowledge of working with metals and plastics
• Experience in maintenance and repair
• Team player, reliable, and able to work independently
• Technical understanding and interest
• Excellent problem-solving skills
