Job Title: Road Construction Worker

We are seeking a skilled Road Construction Worker to join our team in Wiesbaden, Germany. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining roads, highways, and other infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Laying out work, determining surface preparation, selecting materials, and accomplishing construction or repair to meet accepted trade practices.
  • Constructing asphalt pavements, parking areas, walkways, and other similar surfaces.
  • Applying and leveling gravel, crushed stone, sand, and other materials.
  • Operating asphalt paving machines, road rollers, and other equipment.
  • Performing repairs to damaged asphalt surfaces and removing worn and damaged asphalt.
  • Driving motor vehicles for transporting equipment, supplies, material, and personnel.
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training in the corresponding trade with a duration of at least 30 months.
  • 5 years of specialized experience or 8 years of experience with at least 3 years at the wage group 5 or equivalent level.
  • German driver's license class B.
  • English language proficiency level A1 and German language proficiency level B2.
