Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Senior Controller IT Finance Business Partner, der unsere IT-Organisation bei der Digitalisierung unterstützt und unsere Finanzen optimiert.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Als IT Finance Business Partner sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechperson für ausgewählte IT-Abteilungen des Fresenius-Konzerns.
  • Sie sind für die Analyse der finanziellen Performance und vergangener Finanzergebnisse verantwortlich und beraten die Führungskräfte Ihres Zuständigkeitsbereichs diesbezüglich.
  • Sie sorgen für Kostentransparenz, analysieren Zielabweichungen und bringen mit Ihrem Expertenwissen Verbesserungsvorschläge ein.
  • In Leadership-Runden moderieren Sie die finanziellen Aspekte der jeweiligen IT-Abteilungen und unterstützen diese bei allen weiteren finanzbezogenen Standard- und Ad-hoc-Aktivitäten.

Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung oder alternativ eine Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung und Weiterbildung.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung vorzugsweise als (Senior-)Controller in einem IT-bezogenen Umfeld mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung in Finanz- / Controllingthemen, -tools, -modellierung sowie in Leistungsanalyse, Budgetplanung und -metriken.
  • SAP- und BI-Anwenderkenntnisse wünschenswert.
  • Sicherer, fortgeschrittener Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Kenntnisse in Digitalisierungstools von Vorteil, z. B. SAP SAC, Qlikview, Knime und SAP BW.
  • Authentische, kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Business-Orientierung, die verbindlich auftritt sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative aufweist.
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
