Your Impact

As a Cloud Application Integration Developer (f/m/d), you will be integral to one of E.ON's Digital Technology projects. You will collaborate with a talented group of Application Integration professionals to lead, innovate, and digitize our operations across Europe.

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze and design integration scenarios for diverse applications across the E.ON group, whether in the cloud or on-premises, regardless of the integration platform used.
  • Develop and implement complex integration solutions, connecting systems and services through our suite of integration tools.
  • Embrace the most suitable integration platforms for different business needs, including MS Azure Integration Services, AWS, or MuleSoft.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the development processes.
  • Review and evaluate solution designs to ensure compliance with group standards and alignment with the overall integration architecture.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders within feature teams and projects to create cutting-edge integration solutions.
  • Share your expertise throughout the project lifecycle, providing training and knowledge transfer for collective success.
Your Qualifications
  • Several years of demonstrable experience in enterprise application integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies (e.g., cloud services, microservices, JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, Java, Python, containerized applications) and integration solutions (e.g., API, ETL, ESB, Event hub).
  • Extensive familiarity with MS Azure Integration Services, AWS integration services, or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in agile methodologies and design thinking, with the capability to gather requirements from end-users and translate them into actionable designs.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken); additional EU languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
