CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team at office people Personalmanagement GmbH Eisenach. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and programming CNC lathes, reading technical drawings, and documenting processes.

• Setting up and programming CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts and small series
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accurate manufacturing
• Documenting processes and quality control measures to maintain efficiency and quality
• Performing quality and dimensional control to ensure products meet specifications

• Completed training as a Machinist, Industrial Mechanic, or similar qualification
• Some work experience preferred, with a strong background in CNC machining
• Skills in programming CNC lathes and experience with technical drawings
• Independent and meticulous work ethic, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to changing production demands
